From first contact to handover

How the job is arranged

01

Tell us what has happened

Call or use the quote form with the vehicle registration, exact location, destination and a clear description of the fault or damage.

02

We check access and loading

We review whether the vehicle rolls, steers, has keys and can be reached by the appropriate recovery vehicle.

03

The collection is confirmed

Availability, price and any preparation required are agreed before the job is accepted.

04

The vehicle is handed over

The vehicle is loaded, secured and taken to the destination agreed with you.

Before the job is accepted

AtWheel checks the vehicle, exact location, destination and access. For unusual, damaged or non-running vehicles, photographs may be requested. The price and availability are then confirmed with the person authorised to book the job.

At collection

Keys, release information and the receiving address should be ready. If the vehicle condition differs from the description, loading may pause while the safe method and any price change are discussed.

At handover

The receiving person or business should be available and have suitable space. Where a receipt, photograph or signature has been agreed, it can be recorded as part of the job.
