A telephone or website enquiry may include your name, contact details, registration, vehicle condition, collection and delivery locations and notes about the job. Provide only information needed to assess and respond to the request. Do not put payment card details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information in the enquiry form.
What the website form does
The form gathers vehicle, route and contact details so AtWheel can consider the request and contact you about it. A successful submission is an enquiry, not an automatically accepted booking. A copy may be held in the site’s enquiry records and a notification sent to the website administrator.
The form does not ask to access your location automatically. Address and location details are supplied by you. If you use the copy option, your enquiry is copied to your device’s clipboard so you can share it through a channel you choose.
Who may need the information
People handling the enquiry and an agreed vehicle movement may need the relevant contact, vehicle and location details. Information may also be processed by the website hosting and email services used to operate the site. It should not be supplied for unrelated purposes in this form.
