Call AtWheel for a quote for recovery, planned transport, jump starts or battery work. Each enquiry needs the particular service and vehicle circumstances checked. Confirm the complete payable amount, what work is included and any applicable VAT treatment before accepting a booking.
A website enquiry does not reserve a vehicle, guarantee an arrival time or create a binding automatic price. Tell AtWheel about any changes to the collection point, destination, vehicle condition or timing before the work begins.
Vehicle condition and safe access
Supply accurate information about the vehicle, keys, damage, wheel movement and steering. Mention loads, modifications and access restrictions. AtWheel must be able to assess whether suitable equipment and safe access are available.
The person arranging collection must have permission for the vehicle to be moved. Auction, dealer and storage-site release requirements should be completed before attendance.
Handover and other arrangements
Agree the collection contact, receiving person, unloading position and key handover. Passenger transport, storage, waiting, specialist loading and additional destinations should be discussed expressly when relevant.
Check insurance or breakdown-policy requirements before separately commissioning work you expect another organisation to pay for. AtWheel cannot promise reimbursement under a policy it has not assessed.
