Planning a smooth vehicle collection

Provide complete collection and delivery addresses, including business names, unit numbers, postcodes and contact telephone numbers. Auction sites, compounds and dealerships may require a collection reference, buyer number, release code or appointment window.

Describe the vehicle as it is now, not as it was when advertised. Confirm whether it starts, drives, rolls, steers and brakes, and whether the keys and locking-wheel-nut key are present. If the condition is uncertain, photographs or a short video can prevent the wrong equipment being sent.
