Information for secure motorcycle loading

Confirm whether the wheels rotate, the steering turns and the machine can be held upright. Mention flat tyres, locked steering, damaged handlebars, leaking fluids or broken stands.

Remove or secure loose luggage and accessories. Where keys are missing or steering is locked, tell us before collection.

The collection point should provide enough safe working space. A motorcycle down a narrow side passage, in a basement or behind steps needs individual assessment.
